Shipping policy

1. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 2-14 business days, irrespective of the chosen shipping method during checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Times: For domestic orders, once shipped, delivery times typically range from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the efficiency of your carrier. International shipping may take anywhere between 2 and 8 weeks for delivery.

3. Preorder Items: Orders containing preorder items will be shipped as a complete package once the preorder item becomes available for shipment.

4. Shipment Cancellations: Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.

5. Bulk Orders and Multiples: Please note that we no longer accept bulk orders or orders with multiples of the same items. Maximum 2 per item. 

6. Split Shipments: Certain items are shipped from our warehouse, while others are dispatched from our home base. Consequently, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

7. Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility: Upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier through the provided tracking number, we are not responsible for items that are not received at the designated address. In such cases, we recommend initiating a lost parcel claim with the carrier. If a package is returned to us as undelivered by the carrier, a refund will be issued. We are unable to issue insurance fee or shipping fee refunds. 

8. Damaged Items and Route Protection: We deeply regret any inconvenience caused if your order arrives with damaged items. If you have selected Route protection, we will guide you through the claims process to rectify the situation. To initiate a claim, please use the Route platform.
